Our Director of Instruction, Bob Boldt, played the PGA Tour and Senior PGA Tour. He holds the record for the lowest score on a par 72 during the Mony Senior PGA Classic with 8 birdies and 2 eagles with a score of 62. Bob was also the long drive distance leader sand save stat winner. Teaching and playing for over 30 years, he has tutored junior college winners, All Americans and PGA Tour winners.

Sandy has been an LPGA Teaching Professional for the past twenty years, and has most recently served as the Director of Education for the Executive Women Golf Association, NEB Chapter, here in Northern California. She began her golfing career in Maui, where she played for the University of Hawaii and UCLA, later going on to play professionally on the Mini-Tour.
As Head Instructor at various top private and resort clubs throughout the country, in addition to offering private lesson, Sandy specializes in conducting unique Golf Schools for Women, Corporate Golf Retreats for Couples, as well summer Golf Camps for Junior Girls.
She have received her professional training over the years from several of the nations top instructors: Jim Hardy, mentor to Peter Jacobsen, Jim McLean, Marlene Floyd, Garry Lester from Extraordinary Golf, as well as on-going educational programs offered through the LPGA. In 2006 she became an LPGA Master Professional, and is one of 50 in the country.
Sandy loves working with golfers of all levels, from the beginners to the professional, and along with her extensive knowledge of the golf swing, excellent communication skills, and personable approach, she sets the environment for optimal learning and game development.

Jeff Dennis

Teaching is his passion! He has been teaching for over 25 years and has given more than 15,000 lessons. Although his expertise is teaching juniors, beginners and low handicap players, he teaches all skill levels. His calm, happy, go lucky personality allows his students to feel at ease making it much easier and more fun to learn. He has extensive knowledge of the game but is very skilled at not giving too much information at one time.
Jeff is a graduate of Chabot College where he played on the golf team winning two Northern CA Team Championships, Team State Championship and Individual Golden Gate Conference Championship. After college he continued to compete and achieved many more titles, including winning over 40 Pro Am Tournaments in Nor Cal.
Jeff started at Lake Chabot golf course in Oakland Hills. He was taken under the wings of Kelly Fry of the legendary Fry family. Jeff and a partner took over the course in 1982 and stayed until he was bought out on 1997. Then he moved ot the Napa Valley to manage Kennedy Golf Course through 2001.
In 2002 Jeff was given a great opportunity to teach at Vintner's Golf Course. He tookover the Junior Golf Camp which is successful year after year. He has the honer of being the sole golf instructor for the Adult School where he meets many people new to the game. It is his goal to give them the basic tools to get his students off to the right start and hopes that his enthusiam for the game rubs off on them and makes them desire to learn and play golf more.
