Sandy has been an LPGA Teaching Professional for the past twenty years, and has most recently served as the Director of Education for the Executive Women Golf Association, NEB Chapter, here in Northern California. She began her golfing career in Maui, where she played for the University of Hawaii and UCLA, later going on to play professionally on the Mini-Tour. As Head Instructor at various top private and resort clubs throughout the country, in addition to offering private lesson, Sandy specializes in conducting unique Golf Schools for Women, Corporate Golf Retreats for Couples, as well summer Golf Camps for Junior Girls. She have received her professional training over the years from several of the nations top instructors: Jim Hardy, mentor to Peter Jacobsen, Jim McLean, Marlene Floyd, Garry Lester from Extraordinary Golf, as well as on-going educational programs offered through the LPGA. In 2006 she will become an LPGA Master Professional, and be one of 50 in the country. Sandy loves working with golfers of all levels, from the beginners to the professional, and along with her extensive knowledge of the golf swing, excellent communication skills, and personable approach, she sets the environment for optimal learning and game development. |
